I'm selling this because I recently finished playing it.

The case was stored in a dark place, and the disc has only been taken out once, so both are in beautiful condition.

Regarding the official Complete Guide & Art Setting Materials Collection (original price: 2,860 yen) that I'm selling as a set, please check the photos for its condition. I handled it carefully, assuming I would eventually sell it.

I did not do anything that would permanently damage the book, such as holding it open on a specific page, and I only read the art setting materials pages once.

The condition is the same as books displayed flat in a bookstore, or rather, definitely in better condition than the average bookstore book that isn't shrink-wrapped. However, to prevent any issues, please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a 100% perfect, brand-new item.

Also, I do not own any pets, nor do I smoke, so there is no contamination of the case or book from those causes.

Please note that the first-print bonus has been used (although it wasn't really necessary in this case).
