Vintage 1980s Outlander Glittery Black Lambs wool Angora Nylon Sweater Dress READ! This has the vintage 1980s padded shoulders. It's a beautiful dress.
The shoulder measurements are from seam to seam and the effect is similar to the 'slouchy' sweaters you see now. The small separation in the fabric may possibly be repaired if you're handy with a crochet hook or knitting needle. An alternative is to just cut the bottom and hem it. The top of the 1" split is about 7" from the bottom of the dress.
Condition: Good, EXCEPT there's a small 1" split in the fabric. PLEASE SEE PICTURES! Glitter bib and cuffs are intact. There's a string sticking out on the end of the label.
