vintage sheer beaded fringed evening top

This lovely jacket top is from around the 1960's. Black. No label to indicate maker or fabric content. The sheer fabric is most likely silk. Marked size 16, todays size M. Intricately beaded with some sequins. Fringed hem. More of a cap sleeve. It has snaps down the front. The center snap is missing. There are several areas along the hem of the sleeves and neckline with loose threads and some missing beads. There are several missing beads under one arm hole and some along the back of the neckline. The beading through the body appears to be in excellent condition with just a loose thread or 2. It is truly a lovely sparkly piece and could be restored with some sewing skills. It measures 17" long, 19 1/4" including the fringe. Laying flat seam to seam it's 20" across under the arms.
