At first, I thought the hallmark "Ramona Sterling" belonged to the Hopi artist Ramona Loloma. However, I then noticed a faint pictorial mark of a Horned Moon, the registered trademark of the Navajo Arts and Crafts Guild, which has been in use since 1955. Therefore, it is possible that these earrings were made by Ramona Bird, who is known for her work in turquoise jewelry.

I am not a gemologist, but these earrings feature a beautiful, uniform sky-blue color, which might suggest that the stones are Sleeping Beauty turquoise from the mine near Globe, Arizona. This mine was one of the largest producers of high-quality turquoise in the world until it closed in 2012.
