essentially a button-up poncho i guess.
i'm guessing 60s by the collar but hard to say, could be a bit before or after.
no tag/size,
about 23" across at armholes, flares out to 31", but pretty variable as you can see in the pictures.
lovely embroidered details.
little bit of discoloration on lining (see pictures).
