Vintage Luxor No. 3 L (Pezon et Michel) Spinning Reel - Made in France 1950's

Reel appears to be in good vintage condition, I am not sure if it works as it is supposed to as I do not fish or know much about reels. When I turn the handle, the part with the line spins so I believe it is functioning. If you have any specific questions please message me before purchasing. Selling as is.
