Preowned possibly from the 1930s. Schildkrot doll from Germany made out of celluloid and Turtle marked 25 on the back neck. Super late. Her clothes are handmade. Messenger bag handmade. She's not perfect, but she is gorgeous. Perfectly vintage. Her legs and arms have full movement. So she can sit down on her own and she can stand on her own little bit of balancing help. zoom in on pictures for condition and cleanliness as I do not try to clean the items I list.
