This item was purchased from vintage clothing stores in Seattle and France.

It features a smooth black fabric with abundant silver bead embroidery. This is a very rare item.
It can be worn for everyday use or at parties.

The unique stitching on the inside of the sleeves may be to create a puffed silhouette.
Although it's too fine to see clearly, there may be some loose beads.
There are some areas where the color has changed.
