Comes with adult dog,2 puppies,inflatable bed,dog bowl,bone,puppy food,puppy vitamin bottle,meat patty,Puppy care sheet,and Tender loving care sheet. I will send puppy bed deflated but is easy to blow back up. It does seem to lose air over time but not bad. So maybe a small slow leak. Everything all in all is in great shape for age.
