Adjustable ribbon straps

As shown in the photos, there are a few flaws. The ribbon straps are a bit discolored and have a black mark on them. There is a scuff on the brown part of the one heel. The glue that was used for making the shoes is shown in the last photo.
All purely cosmetic. The ribbon might could be cleaned.
