**Thomas R. Dawkins began painting as a teenager in Delaware moving to Florida in 1961. It was not until 1974 that he began serious study with Coral Gables artist and teacher Jean Donnell, an experience that gave him confidence to make painting a career. Dawkins has won numerous awards & his oils are a permanent collection of the Art & Culture Museum of Hollywood, Florida.
His paintings are in many corporate and private collections.**
