This is an absolutely gorgeous, classic and excellent quality blue velvet girls sz. 3T short sleeved sailor dress. This dress is traditional and just beautiful. Made by a very high end boutique store (the Wooden Soldier) in Conway NH (now closed) originally retailed for a great deal. Dress is in great shape and shows minimal signs of very gentle wear.
