Ki Training Techniques is a Ki-Ketsu Circulation Method developed by Yonen Mori, based on the martial arts medicine of Soichi Minouchi, a martial arts medicine researcher, and traditional Chinese medicine. This training method emphasizes not touching, hurting, or stopping the breath or movement of the opponent. However, it is not intended to "blow away" the opponent with "Ki." The purpose of this training is to circulate Ki, create an ideal martial arts body, and develop martial arts techniques infused with Ki.

Born in Tokyo in 1944. Graduated from Komazawa University. Met his teacher, Soichi Minouchi, in his mid-20s. In his mid-30s, he suffered from internal organ problems, which worsened, and he "felt death approaching" when he reunited with Mr. Minouchi. He made a dramatic recovery through his teacher's Ki-based healing techniques. Since then, he has devoted himself to the research and training of Ki techniques, and is currently publishing his results in magazines while also heading the "Ki Training Techniques Tsukikage-kai" and providing instruction in training methods.
