For sale is a recast? Sakura & Paper bunny rabbit bjd figure

This was given to me by a well meaning family member as a gift but I am a bit suspicious that it is a recast and I only have legit dolls so it needs to go .

It is well made overall but is strung pretty tight.
Never had any type of painting done to it and has been stored away and is in a peachy normal skin color.
