American pocket watch made by Elgin National Watch Co.. Heavy gold-filled, open-face pocket watch. Size 12s, 15 jewels. This pocket watch was made during the Great Depression in 1938 and has the original Keystone Watch Case Co. case. The dial reads "Elgin" and the movement's serial number is on the photo. The gold case is marked "Cased and Timed by Elgin National Watch Co., Keystone, J. Boss, 10 K Gold Filled". The case is numbered 80655. The back of the case is hand engraved "P.R.K." This pocket watch is fully serviced and in excellent overall condition. The movement is running at time of evaluation; future state not guaranteed.
