This is a PARKER ballpoint pen 75 Cisele Sterling Silver, a click-type pen. It's an early model of the 75. Made in the USA.
The center ring is engraved with PARKER STERLING CAP & BARREL USA.
There are some scuffs, but there are no noticeable scratches or dents, and it's clean for its age. Please see the photos.
The click mechanism works without any problems, and it can write. The ink is empty, so a genuine new refill (black M) will be included.
