This is a shoutout to Mental Health Month!
All about the Psychological Feels when you have Schizophrenia or Schizoeffective Disorder (Which I have the latter and means I have Schizo & BiPolar 1 Rapid Cycling Disorder and they play off each other hardcore style).
A lot of Schizophrenics have massive amounts of Paranoia where they feel they're being watched. It's a battle I've dealt with my whole life along with massive amounts of Hallucinations, from Visual, Audible, and Smell. I have many ups and downs with all arounds that can be enjoyable cause I get manic and all feels good to down where it's very heavy and depressive. But I deal with it as positively as I can so I can get by and not let it fully consume me. Plus living positively is the best way to live life!
