Monique Lhuillier Strapless Lace Cocktail Dress in Black - Size 10 (tagged). May be new, not sure. Pricing accordingly. Please read entire description. Came to me with a Nordstrom Rack tag on it (shown in pic) which states that it was an altered or refinished dress. Not sure which one or what exactly was done. Please refer to measurements provided to ensure fit. The inner brand tag has come loose and needs to be reattached. The hook on the hook and eye is loose on one end and needs to be reattached as well. Everything is shown in the pictures. This dress has a nude colored lining, black lace with a tulle/net pleated top. Hidden side zip with hook and eye. Strapless with a silicone inner strip to keep it in place. Attached grosgrain ribbon waist tie. Sweetheart neckline with boning. The dress shows no signs of wear in my opinion. I think the issues are caused from handling and trying on.
