This is a gorgeous black poodle dog porcelain made in Germany by Metzler Ortloff. This gorgeous detailed piece represents a regal and elegant black male poodle. Measuring 3 1/2" tall, 4 1/4" length and 1 1/4" wide. This lovely poodle has a full maker's mark on the bottom paw. There is scant amount of paint loss behind his right ear, please see photograph for visual detail, it was photographed with a macro lens, it is not evident to the naked eye.
