In good pre-owned condition. Functions perfectly. Does have scratches on screen, not very noticeable when TV is in use, as you can see in pics. Scratches aren't really visible or disturb/distract from watching TV. I had to zoom in with my phone to demonstrate scratches on screen when Finding Nemo DVD was playing. I would post more pics to further demonstrate examples, but Mercari limits to 12 pics. Also, has a few cosmetic scratches on the outer border of the screen (as seen in pics).

Wall mount already installed on back of TV, just need a couple screws to screw plaque backing onto your wall. TV stand has 1/3 screws it's mounted on, 2 screws missing.
