Overview: Up for sale is an incredible impressionist oil painting on board titled "The Mime" and depicting a mime performing. I really like this piece, especially how it shows the onlookers fading into the background to give the limelight to the mime. Signed "Ruth Prue" at lower right. Undated, but likely dates to the 1960s. Painting is titled (and clarifies that the scene is Paris, France) on verso. Framed in a midcentury orange wood frame.
Condition: Painting is in excellent condition. Frame shows some minor chips and scuffing.
