I have confirmed that the sound and lamp function work. (It's a little tricky to find the button, but it works when you press the white part between the lamps.)

The helipad can be raised and lowered by turning the white dial on the back.

It has a launch gimmick for two Tomica cars. (They come out when you slide the red launch button)
