You will need to purchase separately. I used a plug from another house to test this and show how beautiful the lights were.
The plug you get should be the type. That looks like a shoe or L shape so it can plug in on the bottom and the cord goes horizontal out from underneath.

This is in great condition other than its front where the cherubs are, there's a piece missing as shown in the photos. I didnt even notice until taking the photos up close. I think there's a bell missing too in the bell tower.
