This is a Tyrolean vest by Hofer.
The brand is already defunct, so it's unlikely that the same item will be produced again.
It's made of thick fabric created by shrinking wool, so you can wear it warmly even in winter.
Also, because it's a vest type, it's easy to use not only for cold protection but also as an accent color by wearing it under a coat.
I purchased it at a vintage shop in Tokyo and loved wearing it as an inner layer for my coat in winter, but I'm selling it now because my closet has become cramped.
It's an old item, but it's in good condition without any moth-eaten holes or stains.
