Department 56 Crooked Fence Cottage Retired Dickens Village Series 58304 Lighted

This is a Department 56 Dickens' Village "Crooked Fence Cottage" lighted porcelain building.

Before the days of putting identifying numbers on houses, homes often were referred to by a feature distinct to the property. Crooked Fence Cottage, made of hand painted porcelain, is loaded with eye-candy detailing. Take time to look at the pictures to fully appreciate ALL of the detail. There is much to look at and enjoy. Don't miss the gold birdcage hanging on the front porch.

The cottage was introduced in 1997 and retired in 2000, with just a small window of time to collect.

This house/building is in excellent condition in the original box. No chips, cracks, or indication of misuse or abuse. The original flimsy cardboard sleeve and Styrofoam may have some wear, but the piece(s) looks as good as the day purchased.
