Rare and in remarkable condition, considering it's somewhere near 125 years old and survived both World Wars, and who knows how many moves! The stories this piece of art could tell - if it could talk, of course...
Stamp on bottom confirms piece was made between 1875-1909 in the world famous CT Altwasser factory (Silesia, Germany).
Rounded square shape and gold-rimmed, hand-painted flowers - Measures approximately 9" across (bulge-to-bulge), and almost 11" diagonal; 3-4" tall (depending on where you measure).
Two small 'age' cracks on base (seen on left side of picture of the bottom), but absolutely nothing majorly wrong with it at all - better than normal aging.
This will come overly packed, and double-boxed.
