This is an adorable/ funny picture of Crayon Shin Chan a Japanese Anime Manga Series. It’s an original acrylic picture painted by a hobbiest who’s’ name is none other than Seymour Rumph. I Guess it’s possible, my God Mother’s maiden name was Rumph and Seymour is a common first name.
If you’re a fan you’ve got to have this piece for your collection! If not it’s definitely a novelty piece and a great conversation piece. Would make a great Gag Gift, or just to hang in the bedroom or bathroom especially if you’re potty training a little one. Ha! Dated ‘94. Measures: 10”W x 8”H x 5/8”Deep.
Condition: Great Condition! I’m not an art collector but I don’t see anything wrong with it. Please see photos.
