【Product Description】
The "Submariner Coat," commonly known as such, was adopted for use by submarine crew members and was already listed in the uniform regulations issued by the U.S. Navy in 1941. Made of high-quality wool, the coat was woven in a single-layer herringbone weave, providing excellent cold protection. It features a stand-up collar and a relatively large chin strap, and its appearance, with only two patch pockets with flaps, has a refined design that minimizes unnecessary elements. This simple appearance is similar to that of pea coats and deck jackets, and it is a coat from the good old days that reflects the U.S. Navy's commitment and pride.
