I purchased these locally, they are brand new, ( New Old Stock) never used according to the seller. Their fullness is not quite to the rim, I believe this is do to age. Everything else I purchased from her was brand new as stated. I did test a small dot from each bottle just to make sure texture and scent still in tact.
