This is a vintage or most likely antique silver ring with a painted portrait of a young boy in Swiss or Tirol clothing. This may have been made as a souvenir, very pretty and it is a large cameo. I don’t know the size of the ring exactly so have shown the measurements in additional photos and estimate it’s between R and S. Please note that this is a used item of some age and is therefore not perfect and shows wear and tear. Will be sent in a box.
