It is lined
I do believe it would fit most. My daughter wears a sz XL and it fit here without a lot of draping. Shes the one in the photos.
There are some loose bead strands- see photos
There are a few beads missing top back of neck- see photos.
The silk is in incredibly good condition.
The silk on the bonnet has some fraying at the end of the ties and end of the bow.
Its a brown crochet layered over black.
