This is a 500mm f8 single-focus lens with multi-coating.
It has a screw-type mount, and I tried to attach it to a PENTAX SP with an M42 mount, but it stopped halfway through, so I think it's a T-mount with a thread diameter of 42mm and a pitch of 0.75mm.
It can be used with various cameras by using a mount adapter.
As far as I can tell, it is in good condition with no mold or dust.
*Please note that the lens mount selection is not available, so I have selected Nikon F mount, but it is incorrect.*
The instruction manual states the following details about the lens (excerpt):
